When you purchase a product from Small Stationery Studio, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before placing an order.

Customer Information

Customers must provide accurate details including full name, phone number, email address, and delivery address. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment details you provide are your own and valid.

Coupons & Discounts

Coupon codes are only valid for retail orders placed online and cannot be combined with any other offer. Discounts only apply at the time of checkout. Valid gift cards can still be used alongside promotional discounts. Discounts cannot be credited or edited after checkout.

Privacy

Small Stationery Studio respects your privacy. All personal details provided are kept safe, secure, and confidential. We will never sell or share your details with third parties. Your information is only used to process your order and keep in touch with you.

Payments

We accept payments via Credit/Debit Card and PayPal. We do not accept cash, cheques, or money orders for online orders. All payments are processed at the time of order. Please ensure your contact details are correct so we can get in touch if needed.

Our store operates globally via Shopify, and our primary merchant account is based in Australia. Some banks or credit card providers, including certain US-based institutions, may apply an international transaction fee, even when your purchase is processed in USD. This fee is determined solely by your bank or card provider.

Shipping Address & Failed Deliveries

Please make sure your delivery details are correct. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed collection, or acceptance by someone else at your address, any re-delivery costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. If a parcel cannot be returned to us, we are unable to offer a refund.

Currency

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

GST & Taxes

All prices include GST where applicable.

International orders may be subject to local import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Customer Service

We’re committed to providing quality stationery and friendly service. If a product is unavailable after purchase, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative or a refund. Orders are normally processed within 1 business day. During peak times (such as Christmas or sale events), processing may take longer.

You will receive an order confirmation and invoice by email once your order is placed.

Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges

To cancel or edit an order, please email us at hello@smallstationerystudio.com.au within 2 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to assist, however orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they have been dispatched.

To request a return, please click the Request a Return link in the footer of our website, login to your customer account and select the return option next to your order, or email us at hello@smallstationerystudio.com.au.

Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is brand new, unused, unopened, and in its original condition. Return postage costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos, and details of the issue. If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement, refund, or return, and cover reasonable return postage costs where required.

Some items cannot be returned for change of mind, including opened or unwrapped items, pens, highlighters, markers, opened glues or glue dots, and notebooks, journals or sketchbooks that have been written in, marked, damaged, or used.
